Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training modules on aquaculture, livestock, and crop farming.
- Conduct workshops on business management, feed formulation, and sustainable farming.
- Provide mentorship to farmers and cooperatives to ensure the adoption of modern techniques.
- Organize farmer cooperatives and support networks to foster collaboration.
- Evaluate training impact and provide ongoing technical support.
